PENNZANE® X1000 is a lower viscosity version of our traditional PENNZANE® X2000 product. X1000 is more volatile than X2000, giving about 0.8% weight loss in the ASTM E-595 Evaporation Test and showing about 0.4% condensable matter. On the other hand, X1000 is significantly lower in viscosity at very low temperatures.
